Heritage & History

Each student, whatever their level of Jewish knowledge, observance or affiliation is aided in advancing their understanding of Judaism’s unique birthright. Simultaneously, each student benefits from the enhancement of a healthy Jewish identity, a love of Judaism and a love of Israel.

Torah and history are multi-dimensional, infused with traditional wisdom and contemporary application. Modern Hebrew is taught as a second language. Seemingly routine subjects take on new life,  ‘ordinary’ holidays become extraordinary, the performance of a simple mitzvah - precious, and all becoming more meaningful and relevant. By continually shedding new light on original text, the Torah remains a ‘Torat Chaim’, a ‘Torah of Life.’
