Application Process

The application for admission to the Jewish Academy entails:

1. Submitting a completed application form with the requested nonrefundable $100.00 application fee
2. Forwarding student transcript request form to present school
3. Providing observation form from previous teacher

All forms needed are available on this website or by request from the Admission Office.
